Adel Amor® Powder Brow Pencil imparts the definition of a pencil with a soft-powder finish. This pencil is dual ended for precise, efficient brow shaping, shading, contouring, and filling. The unique brush tip blends and shapes for full, natural-looking brows while the mineral, oil-free, high-pigment powder liner gives your brows defined color. Can be worn dry for a matte look, or wet for a more intense brow.
